•The Star Inn – our personal favourite! A friendly local (right on your doorstep)! Great home cooked food – look out for their roasts and Steak night
•Merchants Yard – smart bistro style restaurant, excellent ‘treat’ at a fair price (gf options)
•George Inn – another good pub food option (gf options)
•Horse and Jockey – good choice of real ale
Further afield (would all work as part of a walk from Tideswell)
•The Blind Bull – Little Hucklow. Newly refurbed Gastro Pub with unusual menu and excellent views (good gf/veg options)
•Red Lion – Litton – nice food option, quintessential village pub right on the green
•Angler’s Rest – Millers Dale – classic walkers pub. Good stop off if tackling the Monsal trail or the river walks
